These criminals charged over $12,000 for a 2002 vehicle with over 125,000 miles. Across car dealerships, the car was estimated at $3,000. I plan to retain a lawyer's service. To add insult the injury, the very UNPROFESSIONAL women there, had the nerve to place harassing phone calls to my Son. Needless to say, I SHUT that down instantly. I have no tolerance when it comes to my children. At any rate, this is a very horrible business, and I will see them in court.

JD byrider and CNAC are a ripoff. In our area its owned by a dealer that owns a a whole strip of different dealerships along the same road. Those dealerips send people to the ripoff lot. We bought a truck from them a year ago and although the rear end was supposed be covered by the warranty, we found out they would only pay half of what it would cost to fix it. Left them have it after we took our stuff out. This crap company does nothing for your credit. After a year of on time payments our sore went down, not up. Last month we tried to get a class action lawsuit started, but lawyer fees are out of our financing right now. The lawyer did tell us that what cnac is doing is illegal. Whether cnac likes it or not its harassment for them to constantly call, and they cannot repo your vehicle unless you are more than 30 days late. Really wish we could find a pro bono lawyer to help all of us. There are laws to protect us as consumers and nobody we can afford to get the fight started! BBB doesn't help they send all comlaints to JD by rider and cnac. Doesn't get anywhere!!!
