Sundag 06 May 2018. Loretta Manager at Edgars treated my daughter very rude and after 2 hours my daughter just walked out of the store. It took them to authorize the transaction on my account with a permission letter wich Loretta then denied and reversed the transaction.
I even paid R3000.00 into my account but still se refused the transaction defending herself by saying she is only protecting my account which she has no say or authority over. Well done! You just cost your company R10 000.00 in sales in just one days shopping. She was even rude over phone.
