To whom it may concern:
We have beeen at this Apartment Complex MDR Jefferson for 5 years total. This year has been an eye opener. We have been ignored by the office and have been treated as if we do not matter. We would like to speak to corporate but that probably won't happen either. The latest is we askes for a downgrade; we were told we had to pay 8000$. We asked for a lateral transfer, we werr told we couldn't. Wgy do ee have to stay in the same apartment with carpet from 4years....carpet that was here 2 years before we moved in. How long does carpet last? We also asked for the carpet to be cleaned the last renewal. Moy done We have been here 5 years. And so what if late sometimes...WE PAY!!!
