Good day. I recently lost my jet account card.on the 28 I went to the jet branch in sandton.I explained to the lady that I am here to block the card I lost and also get a card replacement because I want to buy on my account.Then the lady in the store called head office and I explained to the consultant and the consultant blocked my lost card and told me to check my phone as she was going to send and SMS on my phone for the card replacement ,then I got the SMS she told me to select accept and I selected that was to confirm that I will be paying for the replacement card.she asked me to give the phone to the lady at the store and I did.The lady at the store tells me they no longer do replacement in the store because they no longer receive the jet old account cards.she then she told me that I need to go to another store where they have those cards.on the 29 I went to the jet at Birh-acres mall I explain to the lady she called the consultant and the consultant gave me an easy pay number so that I'm able to do a payment onto the card.then I asked her can she please help me with the card replacement because now the lady at the store is also telling me that they dont have those old jet account card,she doesn't know when or if they will ever get it or I can go to another jet store again.the consultant tells me that she can help me with that as well.Then I asked the lady can you atleast find out for me which has those card so I can go there,she says she doesn't know ,the consultant doesnt know as well so nobody knows how I can get the help I'm looking for,so I must just go around all the jet stores in search of a card replacement.that time I'm using money to go to those stores for a card that I must still pay for.no one is able to help me.jet service is extremely poor.the other lady even said well you can just pay off the account and close it .
