I bought a pair of boots from Jet not even 2 months ago on my account, I don’t have the slip anymore but the soles are splitting in two, where in previous times there was issues about the formal black pants that I also use to buy from Jet and Edgards (Kalso brand) , all the elastics was coming out now I no longer buy any formal wear for Jet or Edgars.

This is really pushing me to the point where I want to close my account with you guys and not make use of the service provided through Edcon, As a consumer I truly thought that there would be quality behind your name but seems to me I was wrong.
