Good Day

I went to Jet store Sanlam plaza on Saturday on the 20th to laybye a jacket the cashier said the system off line for 3 weeks I then asked do u have any other alternative she said yes buy it cash I'm like no I want to laybye it,then I asked and your other branches in Bloemfontein she said she don't know I can try them I asked her should I just drive to other mall just to try them? Then the admin manager said I can take a walk also if I don't want to drive there, that so rude and arrogant for a manager to say to a customer I've never experience such service at any store I'm very disgusted.
