God day, I would like to know when Jet in Wynberg, Cape Town will be receiving their new store cards. I have been trying for the last few months to upgrade my old card for a new one with no luck. This is very frustrating because I also have to pay my account via eft because the card no longer works. I would like this matter to be attended to and would appreciate it if someone could get back to me with positive feedback.

I received numerous calls and messages from Jet clothing saying I haven’t paid my account last month. They told me to email proof of payment, I have send 4 emails in past week. No reply. Just more messages about unpaid account.
Full payments were made during lockdown but no thanks for that, just messages saying getting your account sorted and arrange payment plan?
No service from Jet accounts at all, really pathetic!

I bought some clothes from jet stores and I am highly disappointed in the product. I followed the washing instructions and all the shirts shrank in length and i can no longer wear them as half my stomach now shows. Basically I bought clothing from Jet that I could only wear once.

Today the 2nd November 2019. I went to a Jet store in Cornubia Mall, Jetvis currently running a promotion on tees and denims. The sign says buy any 3 tees across ladies, men's and kids and pay for 2. Another says buy any 3 denims across ladies men's and kids and pay for 2. I took 3 tees 1 from the ladies, and 2 from the kids department. When I got to the till I was told that the promotion only works if I buy 3 ladies and 3 men's or 3 kids items. But the sign clearly says across these 3 departments. This is false advertising. The any and the across on the sign are misleading.
