I was at Jet Cresta yesterday to buy few things for my kids since it was a black Friday, when I get there the manager Gaven treated me so bad that I couldn't buy things that I needed to buy,I was asking one the staff member about the girls jacket and he came out of nowhere shouting making noise, saying"I'm disturbing his staff,that I must leave them alone they are working and if I'm not leaving he is going to call the security to throw me out"I was so sad, nevertheless that I used to work there,he wasn't supposed to treat me that way,I had to leave without buying everything that I had to buy.

I was mistreated by the manager of Jet Cresta Gaven,I am not happy how he threatened me, firstly I used to work at the store so I went there to buy some things for my kids since it was a Black Friday,so when I get there I was asking one of the staff about the stock and there he comes shouting at me,"I'm disturbing his staff and they must not talk to me"and he said to me he will call the security to throw me out,I had to leave the store because I wasn't happy the way he talked to me even though he knew me,that wasn't the way you talk to the customer who need help.
