I went to jet Manguzi 22.nov. 2018 to settle my clothing account wich was handed over. Hopping to get a paid up letter within 24 hours . I called their head office almost 3 weeks. They said the payment doea not appearing on the system. I was told go to the store at JeT manguzi where i did not get any help from their staff including the store Mananger who is so rude. She does not know how to speak with people. I am staying away from town in which i pay more than 100 to go there just to get disappointment. The head office team was so helpful the issue is with the front end Team which is Jet Manguzi who fail to assist with submission of proof of payment.
