Worst service ever.
Last year October I bought a Defy microwave from Jet Mart West street. This year early September the microwave keypad stopped working. I called Defy and was advised yo take it back to Jet and that it should take 3 working days to fix it, so I took it back on 07 September 2019 and was told by the Jet consultant that it will be 3 working days as well and they took my numbers and friends contacts for feedback.
The following Saturday I went to Jet because 3 days went by and no one called me. When I got there, firstly they did not know what microwave I was talking about and secondly when they found the microwave it turned out that no call was loggeg to Defy for a technician to come fix it. They apologized and said they will escalate it urgently. I went back on the following Thursday because again no update was given to me and another 3 working days passed. I was then told that the technician had promised to come on Wednesday but didn't and that they will give me a call in the afternoon. Thursday afternoon came and went and no call from Jet and a whole week later still nothing.
I called Defy and was told that they will escalate the matter for me and they promised to call back as well but like Jet no one called. I wrote an email and sent it to Defy and was advised that my microwave would be fixed on 25 September 2019.So today which is the 30th of September, I called Defy to get an update myself since Jet doesn't give a damn and was told that the microwave was fixed on the 27th of September. Not only did I not get a call from Jet to let me know but I have been calling them all day and if the call is not dropped I'm told the mangers are busy with claims and can't take my call.
All I want is my money back and so I can go buy myself a different brand microwave at a different store, they can keep that microwave since they had no intentions of assisting me in the first place and didn't care one bit.
