Good day i am very disappointed in your customer service at Jet store Worcester Mountain Mill Mall. The gentleman at the till is very disrespectful and have no idea how to speak to customers. His name is Cyril he even told me when i complain i can just think of the president Cyril then i will remember his name. I was still busy talking to him and he bluntly ignore me and call for the next customer. When i told him im still busy talking then he told me he is done with me.


My issue was that we bought short pants as a Christmas gift for someone but it was to big.  We did removed the tag. When we want to swap it for a smaller size he refuse as he said "go and read the back of your slip it says clearly not to remove the tags". I told him i have the tag with me and he just keep on saying he will not accept it and we have to read the back of slips when we buy from jet. 


If this is the attitude from your service then i will not support your stores anymore.
