On the 26 October 2019 I bought some clothes in kempton park jet it was on sale ,when I arrived home my daughter said she does not want one item , because I'm working in krammerville I managed to go to Alexander jet to make a refund , I have found a teller she told me that she is not gonna make a refund because I bought that clothes I Kempton park , she then called the manager by the name of Nondladla , she said I should go to Kempton park to make a refund or I should try jet mart in Alex plaza I then went to Alex plaza the security told me that they will not gonna refund me because the main jet at pan they refuse to refund me as they always sending people to them she then call the superviser assistant he said it is going to be the last time to exchange or make a refund from the clothes that come to another jet , but finally he make a refund .this is bad service at all, I don't think I will encourage people to buy clothes at jet .
