I went to jet Phalaborwa yesterday 17 April 2019.i Asked help from one of managers called Derick he told me that he don't have time to assist me because he is busy with important things.when I told him that it's part of his work he said this is not my mother is place were I can tell him what to do.why did he has to insulte me mostly my mother,is this the way you train your staff. I have account at jet how am I going to buy there while when we ask for help they are insulting us. please talk to your staff if a manager can do this what about other staff? Please tell Derick hlungwani that we are customer without us he won't get paid.Good customer service
