I handed in my Hisense cellphone on the 17th of June so that the phone could be checked out. For two weeks I was not contacted from the store. Whenever you contact the store there is no answer. On 30 June I went back to the store, I really expected the phone to be there. The lady behind the counter had no idea what the status was on the phone. She took my details said she will contact me the Friday. No one contacted me, on Monday 4 July I went back to the store dialed the store number while I'm standing in the que and no one picked up. Only one lady behind the counter on another phone and that had to assist customers had no idea of what was happening. She tried to call the manager who took her own time to come to the front. I was told that there system was down i waited for about 30 + minutes and they could not get back online to make a simple phone call to the cell phone supplier that took the phone to get an update. Again I was told that I will be contacted. I am still waiting, how can a store only have one phone to make calls. The manager with her staff are very unprofessional and there is no customer service at all.
