I went to the jet store in Rosebank Mall in Johannesburg with an intention to open up a new account, I once hard an account with jet but I settled the account and closed it so I know all requirements needed to open up an account I went with my particulars that I knew will be needed to the store but however the consultant that was assisting me knew nothing of what she was doing it took her 30minutes to retrieve an email of which was not even needed I had my pay slips with me an hour later I walked out from jet with no account no help NOTHING WHAT SO EVER I am not happy with the service I received from that store.

if it is difficult for service consultants to assist us rather introduce online systems to help ourselves because what happened today is totally unacceptable.
