In March 2020, my Jet account was settled in full. Without my consent or authorization there are 7 policies that have been added to my account, (the earliest statement dated August 2020).

As well as initially 1 Cell C Airtime Subscription, which I challenged was reversed in March 2022, only to be added in April 2022 with a new description of Mobile Content Subscription, at the same amount as the Cell C Airtime.
And a second Mobile Content Subscription was added to my account.

I have been trying for the past 2 plus years to get detailed statements on my account (in-store, telephonic and email) which I cannot access as my ID number does not unlock access.

In April 2023 was sent some statements dating between September 2020 to September 2022. Not all the months have been sent.

I did not sign up for, authorize or agree to any of these charges.

I have not received any policy document or contracts or Cell phone contracts or sim cards.

Therefore I regard these charges unauthorized and fraudulent on my account and would like them reversed, unless the relevant documents, signed by me, can be provided.
