On the 02.03.2021, I took my phone in to Jet stores Enerdale for an insurance claim. Firstly the person I dealt with didn't know how to submit the claim or the process concerning the insurance.

The frustrating part is once that was sorted I recieved a notification as follows:

When I enquired on the progress of the phone 09.04.2021 I was told that the phone was never handed to Ram couriers to take to the service provider. Yet I pay my account and insurance faithfully.

I want this matter resolved ASAP and the teller disappointed for negligence and having a don't care attitude. This is my first point of contact and will take this further on social media platforms within 2 days.
