I visited Jet stores Umzimkhulu Mall KZN on the 14 August 2021 at 11:48 to paid up my lay buy.when I look at my bag I noticed that I miss placed my lay buy slip then I told the teller by the name of Fundiswa that I cant get my lay buy slip I want to paid up my lay buy..could She help me by using my ID Book instead of slip ???? The response that I got from her shocked me and left me ashamed couse She can't help me with my lay buy if I don't have a slip And She was full of attitude. Then I left the que and find the place inside the store I started to trow out all of my things from my purse looking for this slip I couldn't find it then I went back to her and Asked again that since I lost the do you mean I wont get my lay buy ?Fortunately for me store manager near by us and the manager came to rescue ...The manager used my ID to look for my lay buy and I got.Fundiswa from Jet Umzimkhulu Mall is full of attitude towards the customers I was sooo embarrassed shame and am not interested to be helped by her tomorrow She doesn't have mercy towards the customers. We can be pleased if we can recieve sms asking for RATE OUR SERVICE after you've been in that shop.Rate our service sms rescue us against staff attitude. Thank you
