Reimbursement of Jet Airways Web Booking eTicket ESPJHV - Swathi Narayan-ticket no 5892110586981 issued on 11 jun 13 and reissued as 5892112192058 on 14 th Nov 2013‏

Dear Sirs,

I am a holder of Jet airways Privilege Card Number 150782295.

I had booked the above Kuwait-Mumbai -Kuwait ticket 10th Oct 2013 and return on 26 Oct 2013 and had not traveled in the same. When I inquired with jetairways Kuwait office , I was told that a re-booking was done by which I did not travel. I have been requesting reimbursement of the ticket fare since May 2014 and visiting jet airways kwt office a number of times. every time i was asked to contact jetairways Mumbai office which i have promptly done and given my credit card number 5241 1415 5225 6315(master card) of Al Ahli bank of kuwait in the name of Swathi Narayan for the refund .

However after so much correspondence I have not got the refund yet. They wanted my scanned copy of the card which i sent.
Now after so much correspondence your kuwait office is saying Refund for the ticket can be taken within 2 years from original date of issue . I have claimed my refund in April 2015 which is within the 2 year refund period. I am not responsible for their delay.

Please look into the matter with Jet airways India Ltd Siroya Center, Sahar airport road, Andheri East, Mumbai, 400099 India and arrange to refund the amount to my credit card number 5241 1415 5225 6315(master card) of Al Ahli bank of Kuwait in the name of Swathi Narayan .
