On 23/10/2020 @ 2:30pm at Jets Gateway store My wife and daughter had very bad service from your sale consultant by the name of Zama. She had refused to do a simple exchange for us. She had continue to argue and discussing matter with fallow colleague who were laughing as well. We requested to speak to manager is that small store who took like more than 15 min to come and address matter. When manager finally comes, she was not even briefed by staff member before consulting with us. While we explaining to manager Zama who was very rude was butting in and manager did not reprimand her. Eventually after 30min of our time wasted in that store for a small item needed to be exchanged was done. We would like this staff member dealt with urgently and we need a response by 29/10/2020.
