Went to the Fridley Jiffy Lube for an oil change. Before they started doing the work I showed them a coupon for $7off of an oil change and was told they would take that off the fill. After the work was done I was rung up and submitted payment without being shown the what each item cost was. My charge was rung up and I drove out to the parking lot and looked over the bill - there was no discount for the coupon, so I went back in and asked about. The person who rang me up said there was not way to give me the discount and he had no idea about the coupon since he had not talked to me initially. Don't your people talk to each other when doing a job? Why could they not cancel the charge and ring it back up? I know it is not a large discount, but it is only available for a specific amount of time and may not be available the next time we go in for an oil change Not impressed with this service. That shop needs some training in customer service. They should be going over the list of charges with the customer before ring up any charges. I will think long and hard before I go back to that shop. I also comment on my Face Book about this poor service.
