After negotiations, payment made 15,650$ on 10/08/2021.for to release loan amount within 3 days.Before payment very clearly asked both the persons that IS THERE ANY FURTHER PAYMENT, IS THERE ANY PROBLEM, IS THERE ANY DELAY IN LOAN PAYMENT for all Mr Santanu and Mr.David Cooper told no further payment, no problem,no any issues within 3 days you get funds. But finally one confirmation letter send in that amount transfered from KUVETY TURKISH BANK,in that deliberately mentioned bank officer mob.no .as my account number 16/08/2021,immediately noticed ,informed to Mr.Santanu Mukharjee and Mr.David Cooper. Next day on 17/08/2021 they send me correct bank account number. So waited 3day no money deposited. Upto 7 days not deposited.
Then started shouting both people,on 23/08/2021 Mr.David told Belgium Government blocked your funds without reason. On 24/08/2021 send me on more fake letter of Turkish bank in that as per article 6 of EU laws, no objection certificate can be submitted.
Then I questioned,what is goingon in Jira Finance company, wrong account number, instead of 3 days taken 7days and finally no loan,no funds. Then on 24/08/2021 Mr.David asked me to send 33,890$ for no objection letter and Insurance for 300M$.
I was surprised, in the aggrement there is no topic of Insurance and not mentioned no objection certificate to release funds to my account.
These all letters 3 nos on KuvetyTurkish bank prepared by both Mr.Santanu Mukharjee and Mr.David Cooper.
Finally bargaining me to send 23,890$, remaining 10,000$ added by David Cooper.
Even I'm suspecting these two persons sitting somewhere,cheating the people those who need of loan amount.
Serious actions to be taken on these two persons.

I'm suspecting Mr.Santanu,Mr.David sitting somewhere in Benglore and cheating,fraud the people. Already 15 days over no loan, nothing but I lost 15,650$. And also lot of mental agony.

With there cheating mentalities, smashed my life ambitions and my dreams.

So request you please take serious actions.
