MOMA scholarship didnt received

sir,
i am a b.tech student..I have applied for Merit Cum Means Scholarship it has been approved but i am not getting amount yet.I have applied as a fresher..it has been approved before 3 months..till now i didnt get the scholarship..plz help as early as possible
