My wife had her wallet containing $1,500 stolen from her purse at Jo-Ann's in Billings MT. The manager at the store was no help at all, when asked for information on how to review camera/video surveillance he stated he had no access to them and did not know how to contact anyone with that information. Why is this person a manager if they cannot help with a theft that had just occurred while inside their store? The Police Department refused to send an officer because there was not a suspect, If I or the manager could review the video surveillance there would be a suspect seen committing the crime.
