Last night Jan. 23, 2019 I spent over $100.00 at Joann Fabrics in the North Hills of Pgh. Currently, Joann's is running a special, the more you spend the more rewards you get. I had forgotten at the time of purchase and before leaving the store I told my sales person and she said she could not cancel the sale and ring it back up for the rewards. That I would have to call Customer Service. I did that today and was told it's their Policy that once the sale is rung up, they can't give me the rewards. That's a crock!!! Last time I do custom framing at Joann Fabrics. I've spent plenty of money over the years getting expensive framing done and they can't give me a lousy $15 rewards. Not very good customer service if you ask me. I will go to Michaels the next time.
