I went to the restaurant today with a friend and ordered the Shrimp Alfredo w/ brocolli, it was horrible. Tiny baby shrimps were given, I couldn't even identify them at first they were so small and lost in the bland sauce. Two chunks of carrots were placed in the middle of the dish...really in Alfredo? The pasta was way underdone. This dish was just a mess. I sent it back.

One bite was enough to tell me this was a horrible mess gone wrong. One of the worse food experiences I have this year.

I told my sister of the experience and she said this is why she stopped going to your restaurants the food became terrible.

I believe you are going the way of Legal Seafood. You too will soon be going out of business in N.Y.

Wow went to Joes Crab Shack for my birthday, I always saw the Ads on T.V and always thought the food looks great, the people look like fun . Well it was such a waste of money, The crab was shrunk so little I didn't even get 1 bite. The lobster was so rubbery I could not cut it with the knife they gave us I laughed as I passed it to my father who knew it was all horrible and felt so terrible that I was so disappointed . I ended up eating 3 shrimp and a pc of sausage . The meal came to $60.00 and that was with the free appetizer which was ok, the vision is gone now and I would never recommend that place to anyone. The food was bad , I mean really bad. It stunk and it was filthy in the washrooms , garages over flowing and this was at a slow time before the dinner rush . So I imagine in my mind our food was just sitting in a steampot waiting for someone to order it . Bad birthday :( What a waste of money and a birthday . And needing a heart transplant maybe my last. :( Mu bucket list for the bucket meal poof done.

My family took me out to joes for pre Mother's Day diviner and it turned into a nightmare. When we were seated outside. It started off well then our waitress came out. Big mistake. She stared off good after that it was downhill. She acted like she didn't want to wait on us. She kept rushing us to order. We have frequent Janis particular location several times this is the worst service we have received yet. My daughter ordered the queen crab but she wanted the meal with the fries and corn she pointed to it on the menu. But she didn't get it. Also my husband and I wanted the biardi deal. But she brought all three of the same. When I let her know that the order was wrong she said she would change it a few minutes later she came back out with the three pots and said to keep it and she would just bring the sides. Twenty minutes later she bring back the sides. By that time we had completed the crabs. I felt the service was rude. The next time we saw her was when we requested the check. I did not want to makes scene I went out to my car and called the manager and spoke with her to file a complaint. I feel the treatment and service we receive was horrible to say the least. We spent $88.00 at this restaurant and I feel the service we receive warranted better the waitress name was Jennifer and the managers name is Stephanie.

Ordered a salad with lump crabmeat. Got IMITATION CRAB MEAT, and was charged for Lobster. The salad was suppose to have egg and other things. There were three little pieces of egg and nothing else. Did not get salad dressing as stated on menu. Will not go back there again.

As we were seated at our table we waited for quite sometime before we were even approached for drinks and appetizers. We weren't given any silverware and rarely checked on once we actually received our drinks and app.. After our meals came, everyone said the food was okay, because it was fried, except for the King Crab Legs. We actually paid $30. for legs that I was shocked the waitress's manager even let her serve! I love working for a good crab leg but when there is no meat what is the point! The Claw, compared to my fork, was about half the size of the prongs and each of the joint were even smaller. The meat that came out, was about the size of a nickel! This is rediculous! This was such a waste of money, and Joe's Crab Shack is a total rip off, that company obviously doesn't care and is going downhill.

I received the worst service in my entire life at this Joe's Crab Shack located in Houston, TX. First we had to wait almost 10 minutes because there were not any clean tables (looking around I noticed about 7 tables that were dirty) after we were seated we waited another 15 minutes for the waitress just to come and greet us and take our drink order, needless to say by the time the waitress got to our table we were ready to order drinks, appetizers and meals! After waiting another 20 minutes our appetizer arrived and WE STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED OUR DRINKS!!! The waitress then asked if "we needed appetizer plates?" Having two adults and a small child at the table, I thought it was an odd question, because OBVIOUSLY we needed appetizer plates! At that point I was in total disbelief, after I responded "yes" to her lucid question, she then proceeded to go get the plates. My boyfriend (who has never wanted to leave a restaurant due to poor service) asked if we could leave! This experience was horrible!!! We spent 45 minutes in a restaurant and never even received our drinks! Undoubtedly, we left this Joe’s crab shack location without any plans to return again.
