I've tried to contact Joe Boxer directly, and am always directed to K=Mart.

Very discouraging.

shrinkage

I bought and used 6 dozen pairs of JOE BOXER CUTOFF SOCKS and I only wish there was an instruction, NOT TO PUT IN DRYER, OR TO USE COLD WATER.

All 6 dozen pair are now useless as they are so tight it makes my feet feel uncomfortable, and I have to change to 'other' socks.

I would think that they should 'label' so consumers know about the shrinkage, or is that just there way of getting customers to buy and buy again ???

I hope they would replace them for me, ?
