on this friday 29 sept 2017 pos laju make a delivery to my house . ma parents was inside the house . and my dog are barking . my mother open the door look outside they way a van delivery park outside my house and she saw two man inside the vehicle. and the delivery boy call to my cell phone at that time i was on the line . then he message me . 10min later i received the message. after that i return my call to delivery boy . he told me he already left because no one at home by that time . cos he didn't came down from the delivery van . just waiting inside the van . by right he should come down from the delivery van and knock the gate but he didn't . after that i tell him to resend my the item he refused to do it and hange up my call . then i keep on call to his cells about 10 calls he refused to pick up . after that i make up my mind ny sending him a sms about few times saying that why i want to buy online item because i have no time to walk in to the store. and second thing is i already paid for the shipping charges . why i want to collect from pos laju for my purchase. then i sms the final time say that if you don't want to deliver to now i going to your office and want to refund back my money until i received a single penny . after that he reply my sms say now he delivered me again make sure someone around. then i said always someone at home because u don't want to knock the front gate how we know u make delivery to me . finally i have my parcel that is my hole story
