Non receipt of maturity amount for 2months

It has been two months since I am following up on my FDR no 00312534 for 1.5 l which matured on 24oct 2014. I am yet to receive the maturity amount. I have called multiple times with no response. I keep getting transferred around or being told that we will be clearing the amount soon. Pls help
