I recently had a drop in my Credit Score. When I reviewed my Experian file for what was the cause there was a $211 JPMCB Flexible Spending Credit Cart reflecting this amount and showing my last payment of $35 was in August 2020. I have no idea what this is. I certainly did not authorize it. I did not make a $35 payment to any bank or card in August. I just finished reading several complaints by people that bogus charges by JPMCB were placed on their credit files and often caused lowered credit scores just like mine was affected. I want to know what this is. I want it removed if they can not validate my responsibility for this debt. I want to know if someone else has been able to use my name or added me to their account,
