Fraud

Just bought a 20 packet of Benson and Hedges Blue only 17 in the pack. This is a greedy company taking advantage of smokers many in the low income bracket
How many people count cigarettes when opening the packet a total rip off
Why don't we smokers start the parliamentary petition to hold these greedy tobacco people in this country to account.
