The rise and fall of JTV.
JTV's time has come and gone. Far as the Quality Control... hell there is none.
That is in the name of progress, MACHINES!!!
JTV, has lost the Human Touch.
Use to be they were, a great company that was and I say WAS all about their CUSTOMERS AND GREAT PRIDE.
Now like every other industry, it has gone to GREED. Which is just another word for, HANGING THEMSELVES OUT TO DRY,
putting CUSTOMER SERVICE last instead of FIRST and FOREMOST.
Those heading up JTV now, thinks looking to focus on the younger crowd is going to bring in a NEW line of business and success. They have been trying to do this for sometime now. There is always going to be the New Guy, that comes in thinking "I'M GOING TO MAKE BIG CHANCES AND BRING THIS COMPANY UP WHERE IT BELONGS". Bringing a NEW FACE LIFT, to the sets and making big changes with the HOSTS. Having low rate items brought in (DOC) cheaper items for cheaper pricing because you think people are not going to notice cheap jewelry/junk, because of your new/younger crowd will not care.
Well fact is, the younger crowd HAS NO MONEY! You fool! As I have written and tried to make known to you to no avail. YOUR
CUSTOMER BASE, IS AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN... 40's to 80's. You have been for sometime now completely ignored this age
group. I noticed in your shows of late... specially last year or two. You hardly acknowledged them at all. When they practically
were the main ones in your audience. Also your so called NEW WEB-SITE. Laughable. You managed to take out all fun and useful factors of the site not to mention completely and totally NOT user friendly ANYMORE.
Your GEMSTONES are sadly lacking in cut/clarity and brillants. They are dull. To dark. The cuts on most the stones are dull and almost rounded not sharp like they should be to bring out the brillants, as your Gemologist very well know.
At this point I can see and agree with any of JTV's loyal long time HOSTS, that may leave or have left. With the cheap garbage
you have been having them represent now or of late. Having some pride left at least in themselves (longtime host) for what they use to bring to JTV's loyal customers. Yes, your loyal customers would still be with JTV... but there is NO MORE loyalty for JTV Customers.
The biggest down fall for any company/industry... is and always will be in letting CUSTOMER SATISFACTION take a back set,
along with the down grade of product.
YES, the take over of JTV, whether it be a new C.E.O., or any type of fairly new take over. Working in the manner that
you are with the OLD JTV... IS TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY DESTROYING A COMPANY THAT ONCE HAD, the "BEST
CUSTOMER CARE IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE", INCLUDING THE PRODUCT LINE.
YOU are not only literally choking the life out of JTV's CUSTOMERS but JTV itself.
