To whom it may concern,

My engine started a sound, I took it to the agents and they would not work on it. Two years and +-R65 000 later got it back. Not even driven 5km stop switch of 30 minutes later...not starting. No power to anything. Radio lights come on and hooter works. Another three months later now...+- R13 000 later and still not starting. Workshops tell me they can't work on it, can't find the problem because no technical data was released by the agents. Agents just point to the board telling me they do not work on cars out of warranty and then tell me to sell the car and come purchase a new one off the show room. All this whilst pointing out four cars standing there up to 6 years customers not even wanting it back in their yards again?? Where is your pride as a company?? What is left for me to do as a customer if this is what I'm told when going to the agents and when phoning them can't ever get some person to speak to...just we will call back and this never happen....???? Just leave the car to damage with the sun standing at workshops???

Do I loose my car, and the money spent on it...???
Argue what the hell... purchase a new one and have the same problem in five years...??
Where are your after sales service??
Should I now discard the car and sell it as scrap???
