scam mail

I received a letter stating official documents enclosed from the judging office & decision center. It states: winner payable funds verified $1,230,946.00 single Check or 30 year annunity of payable funds of $2,000,000.00. An acquisition fee is requested in the amount of $12.99 payable to the office of ANC. The second page states judges decisions are final.
