I received sms to collect the item on Saturday 21/7/2018. Went to Poslaju Jalan Song on 23/7/2018 item not available yet.

Went for second attempt and third attempt of 26/7/2018, 30/7/2018 and 31/7/2018 the officer took more than one hour to search for the parcel which is unacceptable.

Kindly expected the matter ASAP.
