I called Just Answer with a question. Fee $5.
One week later a $50.01 deduction from my bank acct was made by them called a membership fee.
After calling their customer service, I was told the $5 was a Trail fee and after 7 days if you dont cancel then their membership fee kicks in, automatically from your acct.
I did not sign up for the Trail or the Membership. And why would you need a membership for a service like this anyway?
They refuse to refund the $50.01. They told me they would cancel future withdrawals (how nice of them). But they probably will bill me again.
I think this is a fraud and a scam! BEWARE
