I submitted a question to Just Answer and they said they would send me an answer for $5. I paid the $5 and was ok with the answer. However, when I received my bank statement, Just Answer had withdrawn another $34 for membership. I did not ask for membership and couldn't afford the $34. I called the 800-240-1371 phone line and asked them to take off the $34. The tech I talked to said they could not. I asked for a supervisor. She said one would call me within 5 minutes. I never heard from them. This is so wrong, to take people's hard earned money; we are senior citizens on Social Security and are caretakers for a very sick daughter. I'm just wondering where did the people and businesses with integrity and fairness go?
