R404 was deducted out of my account and i didnt approve that i want my money back - thay are crooks and steel money from people - please give my money back

Just Answer is a scam company. Be careful. They advertise a free trial of 7 days and encourage you to try it out. After 7 days they start charging you using the most ridiculous excuse namely: They do not want to create a gap in their service??? what a laugh. What service?? They did not have my permission to deduct funds. They do not have a contact number in South Africa. What a heartless pathetic bunch

This company acts is a money making scam. The advertise a free trial, encouraging you to try it out only to start deducting monthly amounts of R590.00 from your credit card. According to them they activate a membership to not inconvenience you or cause a gap in their service??? What service?? They did not assist me and I specifically communicated to a consultant that I would not pay one more cent for an answer. Yet they went ahead and started to deduct funds from my account. How many unsuspecting people have been scammed? They also do not have any contact numbers in South Africa, and can only be contacted via e-mail. I will be reporting them to any and all institutions both in the US and in South Africa I can think of.
