they are thieves. I signed up for $1 for the first answer. a person came on and said for $39 dollars I will have an answer. after I paid that no more communication for 2 days then he came back and said he was transferring me to another person. from then on, nothing. I called customer service and they said they would give me a free call. well where's the one I paid for. still nothing happed. I don't need their service now and still no help. I keep getting transferred to a supposedly supervisor and then again to another supervisor and then nothing. all is dead. this happened 3 times. they are crooks. should not be allowed to be a business.

I singed up ro help to get a code for my TiVo remote to work with a monster soundbar for $1. When a person came on he said for $39 I can help you. then nothing after I paid that. a couple of days latter that per came back and said he was transferring me to somebody else. after that nobody ever came back. I called customer service and all they want to do is transferr me to a supposedly supervisor. he wants to transferr me to another supposedly supervisor. nobody after that. all is dead. what a rip off. they need to be out out of business. they are crooks. I am going back to my credit card and see if they can help me.
