Installed thermostat incorrectly causing head gasket to blow, thus requiring major repair job. Went to Manager at the Craig Rd. site (#702) with proof of repair statement and photos taken by ASA certified repair specialist (photos were taken because mechanic at repair site (Miramar Auto Specialist's @ San Diego CA) could not believe such an easy repair job could be worked incorrectly. Managers (Kenny & Chris) states documents were sent to Mike, District Manager of Just Brakes in Las Vegas. To this date, no reply has been received in writing or phone calls. Rpr costs: Just Brakes $234.48; car rental to drive back to Las Vegas while car was being repaired $56.79; Miramar Auto Spec. $1869.60. I'm requesting monetary compensation.
