The company Just Answer have very deceptive practice of luring individuals into thinking
that an expert help is available in any area. My 85 yr old father was duped into giving a
credit card information under such pretense. The 7-day free trial was extremely hard to
cancel and their helpline was non-existent and not helpful at all. The voice quality was so
bad that we couldn't even hear what their customer service person located in Philippines
was talking about. My father was being charged $28/month since September 2020 but
he didn't even use any of the services. We need a full refund of $252. I wish there was a
way create awareness about this unethical and fraudulent company.

This company preys on seniors and people who can't navigate internet and on-line services properly. Before an unsuspecting person realizes he/she has been enrolled into some free trial under the disguise that there will be an expert available to answer questions on just about anything. It never happens! Then the cancellation is purposefully made very difficult so that the trial period expires. Then it's $28/mo charges that are extremely hard to cancel. This company should be reported to the state bureaus in charge of going to after fraudulent services.
