You can use the terms and conditions and email the portion to them that you feel has been infringed upon so that they may help you get the issue resolved. This is also a good point in legal cases where you can use the terms and conditions if they are infringed upon to build your case

i had posted one question with regards to my pet and i need to pay RM64 for the answer. After i had key in all the credit card data, the webpage disappear, what left on the screen was..opss, google can't find the webpage! I didn't even get the answer. When i contacted the bank, the transaction had already done.. so, i had to pay for the service. To be on the safe side, i cancelled the credit card bcos i had found out later some even had been charged for monthly basis eventhough they only used the service once..and yet had not received their answer.
