I am 92 years old and needed help when my computer not booting up correctly and contacted JustAnswer, paid $47 through PayPal for technical assistance. Technician provided was most inexperienced and suggested one or two things to try before he suggested reinstalling my Windows10 operating system. Totally stupid.! Fix the problem myself after trying several things.
The company is making it most difficult to get the refund, when you think you have found the correct place they ask you two questions and both wrong!
