used one time but they keep billing my account

I to have become a victim to these lovely people used the service once 6 months ago and wondered why deductions were coming out of my account every month since! thanks to this site I know the answer, Now to try and get back what the thieving mongrels have got for nothing VJ Queensland Australia

I asked a printer question. They were unable to figure it out and I ended up fixing my own printer... and they still charged my credit card!! Never again!
