Agreed to a R15 deduction for a one time question.

Immediately saw I was debited the R15 and another R599.

Immediately hit the cancellation button. Received confirmation of cancellation. Sent email to their support dept requesting reimbursement for the 'membership fee' I never agreed to.

Received reply that I was not eligible for refund but membership has been canceled. They even admit in their reply that I was not aware of the membership charge

Called bank but they cannot assist in reversing the transaction. This is a pure scam amd unauthorized deduction.

Have canceled my card to prevent any further unauthorized deductions bit cannot afford to write of R599.

What recouse do I have?
