I too was scammed by them. They did not adequately answer my question and charged me $60 for a month, which they say is not refundable even though I cancelled just a few minutes after joining. Yes, this whole website is a scam.

I couldn't find an answer to a fairly simple computer question and so I saw their ad on Google and was impressed to read that you could submit your first question for $2. What it didn't say was that you would automatically be billed for $66 per month starting immediately.

The initial answer, after an hour and half, showed that the "expert" hadn't even understood the question! After about another hour he came back with the answer that the Microsoft software couldn't do what I wanted. I already knew that or I wouldn't have asked the question and I was looking for a way round the problem.

"Money-back guarantee" - forget it! Anything on their website that suggests support or complaint handling leads to an error message "BAD REQUEST".

Do all you can to steer people away from this scam.

Yes, it's a scam. Anyone who says it works or received good answers is most likely working for the company, because you pay $5 and receive nothing. Then they add a monthly charge of $28 for additional nothing.

Used them for Attourny questions for one month...canceled...because I got a regular attorney...they never stopped taking money out of my bank.....is there a class action suit.

I was trying to install my Roku Firestick by looking online for instructions instead of waiting for tech support. I saw JustAsk online for .50 to get instructions. They gave me the instructions and I got Roku installed. Then on Set. 20 they debited my account $46. This is not right. There was no disclosure for this. Now I have to change my debit card.

yea I tried this service and got nothing , they charged my card 2 times and gave me a so called tech with a crap attitude and sarcastic - its a scam and people needs to stay away its more like just some telemarketer rip off . I even ask for a now person to answer my question and did not even get that , I just half to call my bank and refuse to pay for this rip off

Justask is a disreputable scam company. I paid for their service and they were unable to solve a computer tech problem. They are now debiting my checking account for $28.00. They don't have a contact number to call and do not respond to emails. They are deceptive about their product.

I contacted just ask.com to seek answers for a computer problem. They did not solve the problem. I accepted in ineptitude and gave a review as asked. Ask.com is not only unreliable but they are thieves. They are just made a $28.00 withdrawal from my bank account. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use Justask!

I was referred to justanswer by I-drive. I was to pay $5, which would be refunded when I rated the person who answered me.
The answer was comprised of a link to the I-drive tutorial. I rated the person giving me the advice. Can you imagine my surprise when I saw a charge for $42 on my credit card! You can bet I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. Look out folks - these people do not have your best interests in mind!

asked a question about on the job injury and got a googled answer. I know it was googled because I found the same answer when I googled it. The guy did not even change the wording. When I ask to get a little clarification he wanted another 38 dollars. Folks these guys are not going to give a well thought out answer or be of help. It is a scam that is why there are so many complaints.
