Let it be known that no matter what site you have a problem canceling/getting refunded for your membership, if you email them and threaten to file with both the BBB and your state's Attorney General, they will follow suit and do as you ask. I've done it on numerous occasions, and the best one was when a site had been charging me for a year and the "only way" I could cancel is if I paid a $400 termination fee, so I emailed and threatened to file, and they issued me a FULL refund of all the charges and canceled my account, for free.
