i ordered a free trial 4/10/2011, didnt recieve product until 28/10/11, which was already past the 14 day trial period.I recieved my credit card statement 4/11/11 only to find out i had been charged $83.33 on the 18/10/11 and also again on the 4/11/11. Today is the 5/11/11 and got home to find a package waiting for me from juveneu. i dont want this product and am having a hard time contacting the company to get a return no. so as I can return the goods, apparently you cant return goods without this number. I have also contacted my bank and have had to cancel my credit so no further transactions can be debited from Juveneu.I feel this is a total scam.
