I ordered a free trial of lift and glo pro and lift serum pro trial, both products £1.95 each for the postage a packing. It stated it was a free trial, the link took me to a page to complete my payment details for the two £1.95's which I did, there were no terms and conditions noticable at all as I did look for them. They billed me for this then 14 days later billed me again twice for £84.71. I called and they have told me very rudely that I signed for a subscription and as I didn't call them within 14 days which apparantly is the trial period, I have to pay £84.71 for each of the products. I cannot stress enough that there was absolutely NO mention of this when I ordered and the order arrived with no paperwork at all which did concern me slightly as I had no idea how to get hold of the company or even where it came from. I explained that even if that had been the case, I have only recieved the product 10 days ago so wouldn't even of had 14 days to try the product before they billed me, I was told basicially it was tough, even if you don't recieve tghe product you still have to ring and cancel within 14 days of the order, even though you have been unable to try it!!!! This is a total scam and from looking online thousands of people are making the same complaint, so obviously they are tricking people completely. My credit card company are looking into it, however the company made it clear they will not refund me. They have to be stopped, I have to now pay over £160.00 for two tiny trial products that I agreed to pay £1.95 each for.
