BEWARE!!!! Don’t buy from Kabeara samoyeds! Teresa Heaver the owner of Kabeara kennels in Lockport Illinois is a cruel puppy mill who over charges for inferior dogs who have been abused & locked in tiny cages stacked on top of each other where they potty on the dogs cages below.
The puppies and adult dogs can barely move or lift their heads. The humane society contacted us & told us they had been trying to shut her down for a long time. They need your help!
If you buy from her, be ready and truly beware…she will try to make your life miserable. She refuses to hand over the original AKC paperwork & says she will register and name your dog! The AKC admits the new owner NEEDS to have this “original” paperwork in case there is ever a question Re:ownership! You may be able to register the dog but… she will always hold the original “title”! This is fraud and deception according to our attorneys (taking the $$$$$ and keeping the title!)

Heaver will only send a pic or copy of the paperwork.
She calls anyone who tells the truth a liar and says they are trouble makers.

Samoyeds are some of the most energetic & freedom loving dogs alive. They cannot be locked up like this! She is so cruel to be doing this! As she lives on her sprawling estate these regal dogs are locked away in tiny cages to suffer and breed so she can get richer. So heart breaking! Yet she has been allowed to get away with this cruel operation for many years.

PLEASE READ AND BEWARE OF KABEARA SAMOYEDS/TERESA HEAVER. We paid a hefty $4,000.00 (far more than most breeders charged) for a female samoyed puppy (#..., she numbers them!) and even tho we kept insisting that we wanted to see the puppy (FaceTime or video) Heaver said it "wasn't possible and then insisted that she send it to us on a plane (site-unseen). We refused and had a driver pick up the puppy to FaceTime us during the process. (IT WAS POSSIBLE). The puppy was gorgeous but severely abused as it could not lift its head straight and kept falling down as it tried to walk. It appears that Heaver locks all her dogs in small cages to where they cannot lift their head or even turn around. (The driver got a sneak peek into her secret room where all the dogs are packed in small cages with adults locked together forced to mate and puppies on top of each otherwhere. No one is allowed to go here). The room is the exact same as on the website that the humane society wrote in 2020 (The Horrible Hundred 2020 worst breeders).
The driver advised us NOT to accept this puppy. Heaver explanation was that the puppy was fine earlier and must have pulled a muscle as it was groomed. Seriously?! She most certainly would have sent this injured dog on a plane to us.
Then when we said "NO, we will not take this puppy" she suddenly remembered she had another female that she previously said she didn't have (#...). Long story short...I agreed after face timing w/the driver & puppy to take this new puppy but as I had previously told Heaver that the AKC told me; "DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL AKC PAPERWORK"!!! Heaver had told me that I would get the AKC paperwork when the driver picked up the puppy! But....She lied again and said she did not get it back from the AKC. I should have stopped then and said NO. BUT She "seemed" very sincere and convincing when she said she would sign a paper that we would get the paperwork in 5 days. She did, to no avail. She is a LIAR & a manipulator.
Of course it never came and it is now 4 months later and we still don't have it! It has been a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE to say the least and has continually taken every bit of energy & time that we should have been devoting to our new puppy. Heaver is a Manipulating EVIL woman who loves to create drama and defraud people. We have had attorney demand letters sent to her, have turned her into the AKC, SPCA, The Attorney general of Illinois and Texas, USDA, Humane Society and other recommended entities. They know of her inhumane treatment of animals and fraudulent activity. Why isn't she shut down yet?

The AKC should not be backing this woman! WHY do they???

Heaver also tries to force everyone to name their dog "Kabeara" which we REFUSED from the start! Her HORRENDOUS reputation would be attached to our baby...NO WAY!!!!

So basically we want to know WHY she can get away with NOT handing over the Original AKC paperwork (as other "reputable" breeders do) which shows ownership just like a title to a vehicle, AND then she forces people to name the dog Kabeara????? What does she stand to gain by Naming "YOUR" dog (which is against what the AKC paper work says on the first page under the red box "NAME OF DOG: The registering Owner Has the Right to Name the Dog". She tries to register your dog...so she can name it?! Perhaps she is a Control freak or as our lawyer said "A small time criminal". She has been allowed to get away with this so long.

So please, take this and all the other complaints against Kabeara Samoyeds VERY seriously or she could ruin several months or years of your life as she has others. BEWARE... DO NOT BUY FROM KABEARA SAMOYEDS.
